BlackBerry Bold 9790 untuk pertama kalinya mendapatkan update OS 7.1 secara resmi setelah sekian lama hanya mendapatkan update tidak resmi (bocoran) OS 7.1, Terima kasih kepada provider asal Norwegia, Telenor untuk update resminya tersebut, Setelah saya coba mengupgrade 9790 saya dari 7.0.0.557 ke 7.1.0.336, terlihat beberapa perubahan minor (selain perubahan mayor seperti Mobile Hotspot, Device Analyzer, Media Sharing, NFC tag), berikut ini beberapa screen shootnya:
